1. 能胜任工作的。不管员工的脾气好坏，把任务完成好是第一位的。

2. 麻烦少的。不惹出事端，不留工作隐患的员工。

   (Neat. The one who has little truble.)

3. 身体健康，外型好的员工。

  (Strong and pretty.）

4. 有潜力的员工。

  (Potential .)

5. 有人脉的员工。有良好的家族背景和和谐的人际关系。

   (Well background. Those who have great family background or good people-to-       people relations.)
